The agreement
These terms are between you and WARMCAMERA. By using Tripmate you accept them. If you got Tripmate from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple isn’t responsible for Tripmate or its support.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe and your information accurate. You’re responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete it at any time in Settings.
What you share
You own what you add. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you share a trip with, only to run Tripmate. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users: don’t post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent or misleading, or anything you don’t have the right to share. You can report content and block people; we review reports within 24 hours and may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Tripmate Pro
Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. The price and billing period are shown before you buy, and payment is taken by the App Store or Google Play. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription. Refunds follow Apple’s and Google’s policies.
AI and travel information
AI suggestions, prices, opening times, flight status and weather come from automated systems and third parties and can be wrong or out of date. Check important details (like visas, bookings and safety) with official sources. Tripmate doesn’t make bookings for you, and third-party services have their own terms.
Fair use
Don’t misuse Tripmate: no reverse engineering, scraping, automated use, or getting around limits. Free and Pro allowances apply to AI and searches.
Liability
Tripmate is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or for problems caused by third-party services, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer.
Ending and changes
You can stop using Tripmate at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes in the app.
